| On 5 July 2013 we entered into an agreement with the London Borough of Barnet to lease the site for 38 years. The lease forms our Constitution, Handbook and policies. |
Our Constitution determines our objectives, membership and our committee’s powers and how it is managed. It was adopted at the Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2016 and updated in May 2024. |
Our Handbook contains our Terms and Conditions, a copy of our Tenancy Agreement and an Application to Erect a Structure. It was adopted at the EGM on 22 September 2016 and updated in May 2023 and in May 2024. |

| Before any person joins our allomtent, they must sign a Tenancy Agreement. By signing a Tenancy Agreement you automatically become a member of Byng Road Allotments Group, agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions and covered by our Public and Liability Insurance. |
Only temporary structures may be erected on our allotment. Before erecting any shed, greenhouse or polytunnel, this form must be completed by you and signed by a member of the committee before you start erecting your structure. Please refer to the BRAG Handbook for further information. |
This is a simple form for any tenant who wishes to relinquish their plot – either move to another plot, reduce the number of plots they rent, or leave the Byng Road Allotments. When a tenant wishes to relinquish their plot, they must do so in writing and this form may be used. |
